Who May Use GentleGateAI

GentleGateAI is a parental control service. To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you create on the service. By using GentleGateAI, you represent that you have the legal authority to agree to these terms on behalf of your family.

Description of Service

GentleGateAI provides an AI content filtering layer that sits between children and large language model AI services. The service includes:

• Age-appropriate content filtering and response calibration
• Parental dashboard with conversation oversight
• Safety alert notifications for sensitive queries
• Child profile management with customizable presets
• Cross-device sync for Apple devices (macOS 14+, iOS/iPadOS 17+)

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans (Starter at $9.99/month or $95.88/year, Family+ at $14.99/month or $143.88/year) are available now. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. A 7-day free trial is available on paid plans with no credit card required to start. Trial accounts automatically revert to the free Essentials tier at the end of the trial period — no charges without your explicit authorization.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or bypass the content filtering mechanisms
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the service to collect or harvest data about children beyond your own family
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship to any child profile you create

Children's Safety

While GentleGateAI employs AI-powered content filtering, no automated system is perfect. GentleGateAI is a tool to assist parental supervision — it does not replace parental oversight. We strongly encourage parents to remain engaged with their children's AI use and to review the parental dashboard regularly.

Intellectual Property

GentleGateAI and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Infinaut Solutions LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GentleGateAI and Infinaut Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our full liability limitation terms will be included in the complete Terms of Service at launch.

Changes to These Terms

We will notify registered users by email before making material changes to these terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
